Exclusive Reloads are personalized cash rewards with no rollover requirements, paid out in several cash releases. They're offered at our discretion to selected players across all VIP levels.
Once you claim a Reload, a cooldown period begins before the next one becomes available. Any unclaimed Reload, along with all remaining Exclusive Reloads not yet activated, will expire at the end of the campaign — so make sure to claim them before the expiration date. Once claimed, the cash is instantly credited to your account so you can start playing right away.

5. Once a Reload is claimed, a cooldown begins before the next one becomes available. Your next Reload is ready to claim when the CLAIM button becomes active.
6. Any unclaimed Reload, along with all remaining Reloads not yet activated, will expire at the end of the campaign and cannot be retrieved. The campaign expiration date can be found in your confirmation email or in the VIP Rewards Hub.
