For that reason, we provide a few options for you to stop gambling for a period of time or stop altogether.

Time-Out Account Closure

If you want to take a break from gambling, let us know. We offer fixed account time-out durations of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.

This feature allows you to reassess your situation while restricting access to your account. Once a time-out is applied, your account will be inaccessible for the full selected duration. You cannot log in, place bets, or use the account for any purpose during this period.

Time-out periods are irrevocable, meaning they cannot be ended early. When the time-out duration ends, you can regain access to your account by logging back in without needing to contact us.

Requests for durations longer than 6 months, such as 1 year, are not supported. For longer-term restrictions, consider regular closure (indefinite but reversible) or self-exclusion (permanent, irreversible).

If you choose to take a time out, any ungraded bets will remain active with any account balance remaining unaffected.

Steps to Request a Time-Out Account Closure

To apply for a time-out, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Player Services via chat or support channels.

  2. Specify your desired time-out duration (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months).

  3. Confirm the terms and restrictions of the time-out period.

  4. Verify your account details as requested, if applicable. Once processed, the time-out will take effect immediately, and you will be unable to access your account until the end of the selected duration.

Can I request a time-out on multiple accounts or sister sites simultaneously?

No. Time-outs are specific to each account. If you wish to apply a break to accounts on sister sites, you must submit separate requests to each site.

What happens if I try to access my account during the time-out period?

You will not be able to access or log in to your account during the active time-out period. Login attempts will not override the restriction.

Can I extend my time-out after it ends?

Yes. If you wish to continue restricting access to your account, you may request another time-out after the current one ends.

Why can’t a time-out be ended early?

The terms of the time-out require the account to remain locked for the full duration to comply with account restriction policies. This ensures users commit to the selected break period.

Regular Account Closure

Regular closure is an indefinite suspension of your account. It allows you to reopen the account at any time by contacting us.

It’s suitable, if you want to take a break and come back at a time of your choice. Until then, we will keep your account closed.

If you want to prevent yourself from gambling permanently, however, we also have available a Self-Exclusion option.

Self-Exclusion Account Closure

If you feel that your gambling has become problematic, you have the ability to self-exclude yourself by contacting our Player Services team. If you choose the self-exclusion account closure option, we will close it on the site you choose.

Self-exclusion applies to this site only. To self-exclude from other sites, contact Player Services at each site.

Once the self-exclusion is applied, you will also no longer receive any further marketing materials from us. Any ungraded bets will be graded when the event finishes and we will enable you to withdraw your winnings but not to use them to bet with.
